（古晋30日讯）5名本地男子涉嫌去年12月1日发生在哥打圣淘沙一带公寓的谋杀案，但今日仅有两名嫌犯出庭应讯，3人仍在逃。推事庭随即对缺席的3人发出逮捕令！
两名嫌犯在法官林汇川宣读根据刑事法典第302条及第34条的控罪时，两人点头表示明白。第302条规定，罪成者可判死刑，或监禁30至40年，若不判死刑，还需施以不少于12下的鞭刑。
由于谋杀案属于高庭管辖范围，推事庭未记录他们认罪，也拒绝了保释申请。案件下一次过堂定于2026年2月16日，待尸检报告完成。
据警方调查显示，案发当晚，死者倒卧血泊中，身上多处刀伤，其轿车亦遭人恶意砸毁。目击住户称，两辆陌生车辆——一辆货卡及一辆深色休旅车——闯入公寓并破坏停放的轿车，随后数名嫌犯进入其中一间单位，住户报警后警方赶到现场，但嫌犯已逃离。
副检察司蔡凯盛及阿末法祖鲁菲代表控方出庭，两名被告未有律师代表。
