完成股权转移 砂智轨全面归属财司署

（古晋9日讯）砂拉越智轨公司（Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd，SMSB）原为砂拉越经济发展机构（SEDC）旗下子公司，现已于2026年1月1日起，正式全面归属砂财政司（SFS）所有。

有关转变是在成功完成股权转移后落实，使SMSB正式定位为砂拉越政府全资拥有的政府关联公司（SOE）。

尽管如此，SEDC发表文告，对砂拉越政府、砂财政司、SMSB董事局以及全体员工，在整个过渡过程中所展现的合作精神与高度承诺，致以最诚挚的感谢。

文告指出，SEDC有信心SMSB未来将继续在推动砂拉越公共交通系统发展方面，发挥关键作用，并为州内整体社会经济发展作出重要贡献。

这项战略性重组是砂拉越政府整体重整计划的一部分，旨在进一步加强企业治理、提升营运效率，并确保与砂拉越发展议程保持更紧密的一致性。
