陷预制菜风波遭杯葛　中国知名餐厅关逾百分店

（北京15日讯）曾陷“预制菜”风波的中国连锁餐厅西贝（XIBEI），据报因大面积亏损，将一次性关闭中国国内102家门店。

据中国媒体报道，西贝创始人贾国龙证实，近日网传西贝在会议中称将关闭102家门店的消息属实。即将关闭的门店占其全国门店总数的30%，多数集中在一二线城市。

亏损超过5亿人民币

报导引述知情人士称，上述举措涉及约4000名员工。据悉，西贝自去年9月与罗永浩卷入预制菜之争后，没有一家门店盈利，截至目前西贝亏损已超过5亿人民币（约2亿9100万令吉）。

除了在接受媒体采访时向公众认错，西贝在去年10月和11月还持续发放大额消费券，累计金额达3个多亿人民币。

贾国龙在专访中透露，2026年1月，门店生意同比下滑50%。
