【俄乌开战】寒潮笼罩乌克兰　特朗普：普京同意停攻基辅一周

（华盛顿30日讯）美国总统特朗普当地时间周四表示，俄罗斯总统普京应其个人请求，同意在“极端”寒潮期间，暂停对乌克兰首都基辅及其他乌克兰城镇的打击。

法新社报导，俄罗斯对乌克兰能源基础设施的袭击已扰乱电力、供暖和供水，随著气温骤降，这个饱受战争蹂躏的国家正面临新的人道主义危机。

克里姆林宫未立即证实任何休战。乌克兰总统泽连斯基感谢特朗普，并表示他指望美国能确保暂停袭击。

特朗普在白宫内阁会议上称：“由于天气寒冷，极度寒冷……我亲自请求普京总统在一周内不要对基辅及其周边城镇发动袭击。”

“这边（华盛顿）不只是冷而已，是寒冷到极点。创纪录的低温，而且他们那边（基辅）也一样，正遭遇一连串恶劣的天气。”
