6岁女童狮城旅游过马路遭撞毙　38岁女司机被捕

（新加坡8日讯）一家四口赴新加坡旅游期间发生意外，母女过马路时遭轿车撞倒，其中6岁女童伤重不治；涉事的38岁女司机已被警方逮捕。

新加坡警方今日（8日）回复《8视界新闻网》询问时指出，女司机因涉嫌不小心驾驶导致他人死亡（driving without reasonable consideration causing death）而被捕。

这起事故发生于前天（6日）上午约11时50分，地点位于靠近牛车水佛牙寺的一处露天停车场，涉及一辆轿车与两名行人。

警方表示，一名6岁女童及其31岁母亲在事故中受伤，两人在意识清醒情况下被送往医院治疗，惟女童其后因伤势过重不幸身亡。

目前警方仍在进一步调查事故原因。
