截至2月7日全国录得10个肺结核感染群　祖基菲里：雪州感染群最多

（吉隆坡10日讯）截至今年2月7日，全国共有10个活跃肺结核（TIBI，俗称肺痨）感染群，其中雪兰莪活跃的感染群最多，共4个（10例）、病例最多的则是柔佛的1个感染群，共37例。

卫生部长拿督斯里祖基菲里今日于国会下议院的部长问答环节上披露，其馀8个活跃的感染群分布在吉打1个（2例）、吉兰丹1个（2例）、彭亨1个（4例）、玻璃市1个（2例）、沙巴1个（5例）。

“结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的传染病，主要透过空气传播，尤其是与感染者密切接触时。”

他是在回应国盟瓜拉冷岳国会议员拿督阿末尤努斯的提问时，如是指出。

祖基菲里也表示，高风险机构如寄宿学校、监狱及员工宿舍，均依据《结核病资讯系统手册（TBIS 2018）》进行筛检，包括症状筛检、临床检查、X光检查及痰液检查。

他说，确诊病例需及早接受抗结核治疗，而未感染的密切接触者则接受潜伏期检测及预防性治疗。

他提醒，民众应留意长期咳嗽、发烧、食欲不振及体重下降等症状，并遵守咳嗽礼仪，咳嗽或打喷嚏时遮住口鼻。
