（古晋15日讯）诈骗手法日益翻新，诈骗集团近期更冒充雇员公积金局（KWSP）高层人士行骗，企图利用公众对官方机构的信任进行诈骗活动。
雇员公积金局发出文告指出，不法分子假冒总执行长名义，通过社交媒体、WhatsApp或手机短讯发送虚假讯息及链接，诱导公众提供个人及银行资料。一些讯息内容看似正式，甚至附有机构标志，极具迷惑性。
当局提醒公众提高警惕，切勿轻信来自不明号码或来源可疑的讯息，也不要随意点击不明链接或向陌生人透露个人与财务资料。任何涉及公积金事务的查询或操作，务必通过官方渠道进行核实。
若不慎成为诈骗受害者，应立即拨打国家诈骗应对中心（NSRC）997热线求助，并第一时间通知相关银行，同时向警方报案，以争取在最短时间内采取补救行动。
当局重申，所有与雇员公积金局有关的事务，只能通过官方网页及正式社交媒体平台办理与查询。公众应保持警觉，避免因一时疏忽而蒙受财务损失。
