PESANAN DS ANWAR IBRAHIM MENGENAI PENDAKWAAN LIM GUAN ENG

Saya amat terkejut dengan penangkapan, penahanan, dan pendakwaan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Lim Guan Eng oleh Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), di mana pasukan pendakwaan diketuai sendiri oleh Peguam Negara TS Apandi Ali.

Ini merupakan satu pendakwaan keji dan bersifat politik yang berniat menggugat pihak pembangkang dengan menjadikan pimpinan sebagai sasaran. Berdasarkan siasatan dan pendakwaan sehingga kini, saya yakin serangan-serangan seperti ini tidak akan berhenti dengan Lim Guan Eng sahaja tetapi akan diperluas kepada pimpinan lain, malah mungkin juga dari kalangan bekas pimpinan UMNO-Barisan Nasional yang telah bangkit untuk berjuang demi menyelamatkan Malaysia.

Ini bukan kali pertama Guan Eng diuji sebegini; beliau pernah berkorban untuk menegakkan keadilan buat mereka yang dizalimi. Saya yakin beliau dan DAP akan tabah dalam menghadapi serangan terbaru ini.

Saya juga berdoa agar isteri beliau, Betty, serta anak-anak dan keluarga akan tabah dalam mengharungi dugaan ini, seperti juga keluarga saya.

Sekiranya DS Najib beranggapan melemah dan memperalat agensi-agensi utama sebegini akan mendiamkan pembangkang, beliau cukup salah. Pemimpin seperti Guan Eng dan ramai lagi tidak akan sesekali berundur; malah mereka akan bangkit untuk berjuang dengan lebih kuat demi demokrasi, keadilan dan urus tadbir kerajaan yang baik.

Parti-parti di dalam Pakatan Harapan serta pihak-pihak lain termasuklah parti-parti politik, badan-badan bukan kerajaan dan individu yang mempunyai niat dan tujuan yang serupa demi demokrasi dan keadilan di Malaysia mestilah bersatu menuju matlamat yang sama – mengalahkan rejim korup UMNO-BN.

MESSAGE FROM DS ANWAR IBRAHIM ON THE PROSECUTION OF LIM GUAN ENG

I am appalled by the recent arrest, detention and prosecution by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, led by none other than Attorney-General Apandi Ali.

This is without doubt a scurrilous and politically-motivated prosecution meant to sow disarray in the opposition by targeting our leaders. Based on current trends of investigations and prosecutions, I am certain that these attacks will not end with Lim Guan Eng but will likely widen to other leaders, perhaps to involve even former leaders of UMNO-Barisan Nasional who have been awakened to the need for reforms and change to save Malaysia.

Guan Eng is not new to such harassment; he has been forced to sacrifice his freedom before for victims of injustice. I am sure he and the DAP will remain resolute in the face of this new onslaught.

My thoughts also go out to Betty and their children and families who will endure these new travails as my own family has had to endure.

If Prime Minister Najib thinks that emasculating and manipulating the key agencies in this way will silence the opposition, he is mistaken. Leaders like Guan Eng and others will not be cowed; they will continue to champion the cause of democracy, justice and good governance.

The parties in Pakatan Harapan and other like-minded political parties, civil society groups and individuals who share our common quest for democracy and justice in Malaysia must unite towards one common objective – the removal of the UMNO-BN corrupt regime from the seat of power in Malaysia.

1. Semoga semua umat Islam dalam negara ini mendapat nikmat dari Allah setelah menjalani ibadah berpuasa sepanjang bulan Ramadan ini.

2. Sempena musim perayaan ini, saya berdoa supaya semua dapat menjalin siralturahim dengan keluarga tersayang dan menjaga kasih sayang & keharmonian dalam keluarga, khususnya perasan hormat kepada ibu dan bapa yang tersayang.

霹雳行动党声援林冠英
抨击国阵缔造黑暗国度

（怡保1日讯）

霹雳州行动党州委会今日一致议決全力声援林冠英，并促国阵立即停止政治迫害，国阵的骯髒手段已导致大马沦为黑暗国度！

霹雳州行动党主席倪可敏今日召开记者会指出，梹州总警长之前已经表明林冠英购屋一案已经結束调查并表示不会提控、反贪会也表示沒有发出指示要逮捕林冠英，可是由首相纳吉亲自钦点的总检察长丹斯里阿班迪阿里却下令逮捕林冠英甚至亲自北上梹城出马提控林冠英，总检察长这种罕见的髙压手段已是「司马昭之心、路人皆知」。

倪可敏指出，这起亊件是十分明显的选择性提控，更突显总检察长在处理1 MDB丑闻、SRC 4千200万丑闻及涉及首相纳吉私人户口42亿丑闻的偏差与不公。

100万保释金令人咋舌

也是太平国会议员的倪可敏指出，总检察长向法庭要求林冠英交出100万令吉的保释金才可担保外出是一种令人咋舌的不寻常要求，其用意已經是昭然若揭，令人震惊。

倪可敏指出，林冠英身为梹州首长根本不可能弃保潜逃，因此总检察长亲自施压要求100万保释金其用意就是为了羞辱林冠英，实在令人感到遗憾。

倪可敏说，“按照此案涉及280万购屋先例，若有人涉及42亿贪污巨款，在法律面前、人人平等的原则上保释金将髙达20亿元，屆时这势必创造新的世界纪录。”

捐5000充保释金

为了声援林冠英，霹雳州行动党州委也一致议决捐献五千令吉支持“一人十块、与冠英同在”捐款运动，用实际行动与群众力量抗议国阵政冶迫害，还民主公义一片净土蓝天。

出席今日记者会的行动党领导人包括顾问拿督倪可汉、州署理主席西华古玛、州秘书黄家和及州财政郑福基等多名国州议员。

Jawatankuasa Negeri DAP Perak sebulat suara memutuskan usul-usul berikut: –

1. Kedua-dua pertuduhan terhadap Setiausaha Agung dan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang, Saudara Lim Guan Eng adalah pertuduhan tanpa asas dan merupakan pendakwaan pilihan bermotif politik. Jawatankuasa Negeri Perak menyokong sepenuhnya segala usaha parti untuk membuktikan bahawa beliau tidak bersalah.

2. Adalah jelas Sdr Lim Guan Eng tidak ada sebarang kuasa atau pengaruh ke atas unit pendakwaan iaitu pejabat Peguam Negara mahupun SPRM. Oleh itu, Jawatankuasa Negeri DAP Perak memutuskan bahawa tiada keperluan untuk Saudara Lim Guan Eng meletak jawatan sebagai Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang atau untuk beliau mengambil cuti daripada tanggungjawab sebagai Ketua Menteri.

3. Jawatankuasa Negeri DAP Perak memberi sokongan penuh kepada pimpinan Sdr Lim Guan Eng dan percaya bahawa beliau adalah tidak bersalah sebaliknya pendakwaan pilihan oleh peguam negara sendiri terbukti integriti institusi negara telah tergadai dan dalam keadaan amat membimbangkan.

Should Lim Guan Eng step aside?

My answer is: definitely NOT. My reasons are as follows.

The question of ‘stepping aside for the time being’ will arise if the person charged is in control of, or has influence over, the Prosecution.
In this case, it is the exact OPPOSITE.
Not only does the person charged not have any influence over the Prosecution at all, it is his political foes who have such influence.

A second scenario in which the question of ‘stepping aside’ can be meaningfully asked is where there exists a truly INDEPENDENT PROSECUTION.

We clearly don’t have one. The recent sudden change of the AG is a reminder of this fact. One of the outgoing MACC top officers also recently admitted that there have been political interferences.
In our circumstances, therefore, the answer to the above question must be in the negative.
In circumstances like ours, where it is his political foes who either have control or influence over prosecution, and if an elected representative has to step aside because he is charged, then the people’s ballots will have no meaning. Democracy can be easily defeated by those in power, through misusing prosecution powers. Those in power, and who are either in control of or have influence over prosecution, can at any time wipe out or weaken their major political enemies, when outcomes of prosecutions take months and years.

This is a clear political persecution case & Perak DAP is in full solidarity with Guan Eng.

Speech by YAB Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng

Dear Malaysian,

What type of country do we want our children to grow up when those who gained benefits and donations amounting to billions of ringgit are not charged for corruption whilst those who gained no benefit are prosecuted for corruption.

BN can prosecute & persecute me but will not kill my passion to free Malaysia from corruption.

BN can victimize me but will not crush my spirit to free Malaysia from those who steal our children’s future.

BN can even humiliate me by unnecessary detaining me overnight but will not succeed in changing white to black and black to white, right cannot become wrong and wrong cannot become right.

BN will  not break my party’s unity – we stand together as leaders and members to battle for reforms towards a better Malaysia with freedom, justice and democracy.

If BN feels that they can bend or break me by arresting me, they are wrong! I will die standing than live on bended knees.

A free Malaysia, a fair Malaysia, a  prosperous Malaysia for all is worth fighting for!

新內閣必须振兴经济
倪可敏促速清国债

（太平 30 日讯）

新内阁当务之急必须振兴经济，否则再多重组也是徒劳无功。

霹雳州行动党主席倪可敏今日指出，昨日刚出炉的内阁成员没有惊喜、也沒有亮点，35个部长、33个副部长的阵容依旧拥肿，加上正副首相官职，我国再度成为全世界依人口比例计算拥有最多部长的国家。

市道萎靡   经济不景

也是太平区国会议员的倪可敏今日主持该党旧后廊支部常年大会后召开记者会指出，新內阁的当务之急是要振兴我国经济、改善人民生活，因为自从实施6%消费税以后国內市场萎靡不振，各行各业皆苦不堪言。

倪氏说，「一个负责任的好政府必須让人民安居乐业、衣食无忧，对此新內阁绝对是责无旁贷。」

倪可敏指出，新內閣目前面臨的挑战除了闹得街知巷闻的一马公司超级丑闻以外，政府债务的节节攀升、连续19年的财政赤字、全亚洲最庞大的家债及日益严重的人才外流都是摆在面前绝不能再漠视的严峻挑战，如果新内阁在剩下的两年任期内继续碌碌无为、甚至又开倒车，人民势将在来屆大选投国阵不信任票。

杜絕挥霍浪费

倪可敏指出，新内阁必须设法开源节流、绝不能再有挥霍浪费的空间，因为目前我国国债一年的利息就髙达265亿，每天单只还国债利息就要7300万令吉，这笔烂账新內阁必须想法去克服，否則一旦债务滚雪球般越滾越大屆时将无法再收拾。

行动党旧后廊支部今天改选，刘长一众望所归再次蝉联支部主席，其領导的原班人马也再次出任支部领导为民服务，出席的州領袖尚包括州组织秘书郑国霖及非政府组织局主任黃申威等。

国阵宣染华人选票回流
倪可敏质问如何报答华社

（江沙 27 日讯）

在甫结束的大港江沙补选，巫统主宰的国阵再三宣染华人选票已经回流，因此行动党今日质问国阵要如何报答华社避免广大华社再度遭人过桥抽板！

霹雳州行动党主席倪可敏今日陪同败选的诚信党候选人达米兹教授在江沙市进行最后一站谢票后召开记者会指出，马华民政为巫统争取华人票甚至公开宣告华人选票已经回流国阵，因此行动党今日质问国阵现在要如何报答华社的支持以示公道。

吁巫统做5件事还华社公道

也是太平国会议员的倪可敏今日指出，为了报答华社，巫统至少应该即刻做5件事，即马上?认独中统考、恢復改制中学华文课1/3上课时间、根据须求制度化在全国兴建新的华小、根据华小学生人数公平分配学校拨款及废除国内“土著”与“非土著”之分以给华社公道，可是补选迄今巫统对华社根本没有显示任何诚意，广大华社似乎只能扼腕叹息、后悔莫及。

倪可敏指出，要巫统放弃种族政冶路线无异于天方夜谭，因为巫统如的种族思维早已根深蒂固，但是如果华社要争取平等与公平的待遇，铲除种族政冶却是责无旁贷、人人有责。

要玛斯杜拉交代会否支持伊刑法

倪可敏今日也要求巫统新任江沙国会议员玛斯杜拉交代她会否在国会投票支持伊刑法，因为江沙华社皆极力反对伊刑法，玛斯杜拉及为她拉票的马华民政必须站出来交代清楚，以免江沙选民遭受误导。

倪可敏说，国会十月复会时伊刑法私人法案将再次摆上台面，巫统会否再度勾结伊党提呈伊刑法必将万众瞩目。

今日陪伴达米兹教授答谢江沙选民的除了倪可敏也包括华都牙也区国会议员西华古玛、端洛区州议员杨祖強、桂和区州议员黄家和及后廊区州议员廖泰义等，许多选民都鼓励达米兹不要气馁，全国大选时捲土重来。

首相纳吉3度改组內阁
倪可敏提出4大建议

（太平27日讯）

霹州行动党主席倪可敏今日针对內阁又要改组的亊宜向首相纳吉提出4大建议，要求内阁选贤与能、节省开支。

霹州行动党主席倪可敏今日在太平保阁亚三火箭服务中心召开记者会时指出，首相纳吉上周宣布内阁将在明天改组，这是国阵政府自从上屆505大选后短短三年第三次改组，部长变动頻率创下历史新高。

也是太平区国会议员的倪可敏指出，部长人选频頻更换不但不利政府施政的持续性、內閣人数超级庞大更导致开销髙昂、劳民伤财。

建议缩小內阁規模

倪可敏指出，国阵政府的內阁部长人数多达37人，以人口比例计算是全世界最多部长的国家。

倪氏指出，即使人口比大马多数倍，日本及美国的部长人数只有16至20人，因此除了效率奇差，我国的部长人数有必要在此次内阁改组大幅锐减至少1/3以反映国家人口数目及节省公币。

首相不应兼任财长

倪可敏说，由于涉及利益冲突，而且首相纳吉在兼任财长后被评为亚洲最差的财政部部长，因此这次的内阁改组，首相绝不应该再兼任财长，反之应选贤与能挑选专业人才出任财长以克服目前我国经济面对的种种挑战。

首相署部长须大幅减少

倪可敏也说，目前首相署拥有多达12个部长，部長人数之多可说已创下世界纪录，因此此次內阁改组必須避免「太公分猪肉」的做法，濫竽充数的部长必须被除名，目前一个部门多达12个部长荒唐的现象必须即刻停止。

部长必须负责部门事务

倪可敏指出，行动党也建议所有部长必須全权负责该部门事务，而非巧立名目成立委员会越俎代疱、本末倒置，结果造成部门部长当家不当权、沦为橱帘粉饰品。

倪氏说，「现任的交通部长廖中来权力完全被架空，因为交通部沒有掌握交通亊务却交由陆路交通委员会（SPAD)全权掌管，国阵的做法已经羞辱交通部长职位并让部长职形同虛設。」

准備1000份蜜棗派送选民

另一方面，为了深入民间促进民族团结与宗教和谐，除了准备杂锦粥去开斋市集派送，太平火箭服务队今日也淮备了一千份蜜棗准备派送给区内选民开斋，身体力行提倡各族人民的亲善与谅解。

出席今日记者会的行动党領袖包括保閣亞三州议员郑国霖、后廊州议员廖泰义、妇女组主席郑丽云及多名太平党要。
